Had a reading with Elie during Hexfest and I was truly amazed by the reading she gave me If you can't find what your looking for then chances are you're not gonna. Nice magickal feeling upon walking in. They both have created the most perfect event!!! From the beginning, the Creole Riverboat was perfect and magic , the most amazing speakers at the classes held at the HexFest, so many vendors to the end! Everything was beyond perfect. The store Hex is a magical store with everything possible. The staff at the store were wonderful and very informative.

Especially Charlie who was a love and helped me with every question I had and a little healing that was perfect for my soul having lost my dad a week before. The staff at the event, HexFest were loves! Tony was a sweetheart and made us feel so comfortable. Hex is the place to go for everything magical!

Great shopping! Already making plans to attend the next HexFest in June of I was in the store twice over the weekend and visited the Vendors booth at Hex fest. I met your employees and each time they were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I misused a word and One employee corrected the word and the gave the history behind it in a proper manner that wasnt belittling or rude at all. I appriciated the conversation i had with him and how professional he was the entire time. I swear his name was charles, The products there smelled divine and while i havent gotten to use any as i just got home last night i so cant wait to open the bottles and candles and use them.

I had a reading done while i was there and the lady nailed the issue on the head and provided me a helpful way of looking at the issue that so i could fix it and heal me. The owners of the store I had the pleasure of talking to a few times and they were a pleasure to talk to. On my return trip to this beautiful city i will be going back there as well as when i go to Salem.

A must see on any trip to New Orleans. The minute I decided to go to New Orleans, I started researching cool things to do there. One of the stores that came up on my searches was Hex and, from the minute I read about it, I knew I had to check it out. I found the store very easily and just absolutely loved my visit, everything is so interesting and the staff so helpful. I felt a bit bad because I wanted to ask everything about everything! I think this is a magical place. Went back to my hotel and couldn't sit still - had to go back to the store and see if I could get a tarot reading! It was really bizarre, it was just something I absolutely had to do!!

Anyway, I had readings before in my life but Anastasia was unbelievable! From the first second, it seemed like she was inside my head and the details in which she described my past and present were absolutely amazing. She is incredible! It was a shame that I didn't organize to see her again before leaving Nola My only regret! I hope to go back and have another session with Anastasia soon. Also, I highly recommend the money potion. It really really works and it is made by a witch who works at the shop so sorry I forgot his name but he is super nice I am not one to put reviews online but I need to do justice sometimes and this review is well deserved!

I was blown away by my tarot card reading from Miss Anastasia. I was expecting very generic and general information, but it couldn't have been more different. She was very specific and the reading really couldn't be applied to anyone else I knew. Beyond that, I felt she was genuinely compassionate, but at the same time did not feed you b.

I left very pleased with the experience. Not only was the reading great, but the store itself was fantastic. There was a ton of variety and the gentleman working that day was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

For Porter did more than repeat an agreeable sound; he made it an incantation in E flat:. Porter wrapped the words in a seductive tune that never wearies listeners. Such elusive, unforgettable melodies would be a hallmark of his style. The time was right for his brand of urbane intelligence. This was an era of smartening up, not dumbing down.

But there was something else they hung onto, too, something darker and more provocative. In The New Yorkers , Porter dared to write a hit song about a prostitute in the clinical manner of a naturalistic novel.
